Our growing financial services firm is seeking a client-centric team player with a great attitude to be the face of our company. As our Client Experience Manager, you will be the first impression of the firm to our clients and visitors, and will be responsible for ensuring they feel welcome and valued by the organization.
Your day to day in this role will include: providing exemplary customer service at the front desk in person and via phone, managing the firm calendar of events and ensuring appointments are accurate and confirmed, administrative support duties including copying, scanning, faxing, creating and retaining correspondence and keeping our client management database up to date. Additional responsibilities will include maintaining office supplies inventory, as well other clerical duties.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role, but not necessarily in the financial services industry, basic computer proficiency and a high level of attention to detail. Most importantly, we are looking for an individual that is self-motivated with a team player spirit and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.
